"Still makes me feel like it was a good buy"
I bought this KOHLER kitchen faucet a few years back, it’s still doing great. We use it constantly, and my kids definitely aren’t gentle with it, so I feel like if it was going to have problems, it would’ve shown by now. No leaks, no wobbly handle, nothing annoying like that. The finish has a couple tiny marks, but that doesn’t really bother me because it still looks good overall. It’s just been one of those purchases that makes me feel relieved I picked something solid

I ordered from KOHLER and, the shipping was faster than I expected. I got the tracking email almost right away, and the package showed up a couple days early, which kind of makes me wonder why it can’t always be this smooth. The box was in good shape and everything arrived with no issues. Overall, happy with the experience.

"Tech support was suprisingly helpful"
I had an issue with my Kohler shower valve and had no idea what part I was supposed to get. I tried the tech support on kohler.com and the guy was actually really patient, explained everything in a normal way, and didn’t make me feel dumb for not knowing.

He walked me through finding the model number and even sent over the right diagram so I could double check it. Got the part sorted and fixed it the next day. Good experiance overall, better than I expected.

I wasn’t really expecting much from the smart controls, but they connect quickly every time and I haven’t had a single glitch so far. I guess I have to admit I’m happy with it.

I ordered the wrong faucet part and had to send it back, which I was not looking forward to. But the return process on kohler.com was really simple, and the refund showed up faster than I expected. If I’m blaming anyone, it’s whoever runs this for making the whole thing surprisingly painless. No hassle at all, I’d use it again

"Really solid flush so far"
I bought a Kohler toilet from KOHLER a few weeks ago, and I’ve been happy with it. The flush is strong every time and clears everything on the first try without needing to hold the handle down. It’s not overly loud either, which I appreciate. Something about it just feels really reliable. No clogs so far, so overall I’m glad I went with it.

This ended up fitting my sink well, which was a relief because my setup is older and I was half-expecting some weird issue. I only had to adjust one bracket a little bit and then it lined up fine. Not a big deal at all. I did the install on a Saturday while trying not to get distracted by the pile of dishes staring at me, so that was fun, but overall it worked out better than expected.

I ordered a few replacement parts from kohler.com and I was a little nervous I might’ve picked the wrong ones, but everything showed up exactly how I placed it!!!

The item numbers, finish, and quantity were all correct, and there weren’t any missing pieces or random substitutions, which was such a relief!!!

The shipping box looked good too, so overall it was a really simple, smooth experience!!! Nothing fancy, but it was exactly what I needed, and I’d definitely order from them again!!!

"Found the Exact Part Without the Runaround"
I checked KOHLER after striking out at a couple of local stores, and they had the exact faucet part I needed. I’m particular about getting the right replacement instead of trying to make something “close enough” work, so it was nice that the site made it easy to find.

I also appreciated being able to see what was actually in stock before placing the order. By my standard, a parts search should be quick, clear, and not waste my time, and this checked all those boxes. Smooth experience overall with no issues.

I’ll admit, the quality is good and I can see why people like it. I just wish the prices were a bit lower. It feels a little expensive for what it is, but I guess if you want something that holds up, it’s not the worst choice.

"So much quieter than I expected"
I ordered this from kohler.com and I’m really thankful for how quiet it is. Compared to my old one, it’s a huge difference, I can barely hear it from the next room, and even at night it doesn’t bother anyone. Setup went smoothly too, which I appreciated. Really happy with it overall and glad I made the switch. Definitely 5 stars from me

I installed it myself and didn’t run into any problems. It went in smoother than I thought it would. I’m happy with it for now, but if it doesn’t hold up over time, I’d probably look at a different option next time.
